Refund policy

At KAIZENX, we want you to love 
what you receive.

RETURNS:
We accept returns within 7 days 
of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unworn and unwashed
- Original tags must be attached
- Item must be in original condition
- Must include proof of purchase

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
- Items without tags
- Worn or washed items
- Sale items

We will respond within 24-48 hours
with return instructions.

REFUNDS:
Once we receive and inspect your return
we will process your refund within 5-7
business days to your original
payment method.

COD orders will be refunded via
bank transfer. Please provide your
bank details when requesting return.

EXCHANGES:
We offer size exchanges within 7 days
of delivery subject to availability.
Email us with your order number
and required size.

DAMAGED ITEMS:
If you receive a damaged or
incorrect item please email us
within 48 hours of delivery
with photos of the issue.
We will replace it immediately
at no extra cost.
